Thanks to the bowl season there are plenty of good pigskin games on this weekend.
Not to forget, the NFL games in there too.
So I thought I would share the recipe for my guacamole.
This is one of the first things my in-laws taught me to make and since then I have added my own touch.
I will say it is quite popular as it is usually requested at big family gatherings.
This is an easy appetizer to whip up and serve with tortilla chips.
If you have the options, get your chips from a Mexican market….waaay batter than Tostitos (sorry!)
Cutting and peel 60 avocado for Memorial Day picnic
**Cut  and peel about 6-8 avocados

**In a large bowl combine avocados, juice of 2 limes, 1 jalapeno (without seeds), 1/2 finely chopped white onion, 4 finely chopped Roma tomaotes, 1 bunch of chopped cilantro, garlic salt, pepper, salt, serrano (optional if you like spicy) **note: use spices according to taste!

**Mash all the ingridients together really well (I used my hands…yes, I wash)

**Chill in refrigerator for about 30 minutes prior to serving
