Another simple dinner recipe for you!!!
Beef Stirfry is delicious, healthy, and very filling.
I have gotten home late each night this week so I need recipes that are fast.
Don’t get me wrong, I love to cook, but shortening after a long day is sometimes needed.
You can make this with fresh veggies if you prefer.
Here is what you will need:
Bag of frozen stir fry veggies (below), cut beef for stir fry, 1 cup of rice, spices.
These veggies were great!!! And cheap too!
First thing is to get the veggies going.
Put some oil in a pan, throw the veggies in, and toss in about 1/3 cup of water.
(Look at instructions on back)
Next, you want to brown your meat a little bit.
In a separate pan throw meat in a little olive oil for a couple minutes.
You don’t want to cook too long (unless you like beef jerkey).
While the meat is cooking, throw some spice in.
As with everything I cook, the more the merrier!
For this I threw in lemon pepper, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and pepper.
Once the meat is cooked a little bit, throw in with the veggies.
Also add a cup of cooked rice. We use a pre-cooked frozen wild rice from Costco.
Takes one minute to heat up!
Let everything cook together for 5-10 minutes.
If you have some stir fry sauce you can drizzle a little on.
If not, no worries, the frozen veggies have lots of flavor.
