Crostini

Apr 5th

We are going to kick our bread up a notch today!!!

I am a big fan of anything in the carb department.

So what do you get when you mix a warm-fresh load, cheese, oil and bake time?

Heaven I tell you!!

I tend to under-baked the bread than most recipes.

My preference is a crusty outside with a soft center.

Crostini is great for different spreads or as a dipper.

Come back tomorrow for my bruschetta recipe!!

Let me know what you think of these bad boys!!

Pour olive oil into a bowl. Add some Parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle in some garlic salt.

Cut the bread into one inch slices. Brush on the olive oil mixture.

Baked at 375 for about 5 minutes, then switch to LO broil until tops are golden.

Was that so hard?
