Bruschetta

Hello Bruschetta.

Funny how I like you now….

(If you read “About Mrs C” this will make sense!)

Since you learned how to make a crostini, time to top it!

Bruschetta is a fun and easy recipe to make for an appetizer.

It can feed a lot of people on a budget, plus looks pretty in a bowl.

Whip this up before your next gathering.

Throw some crostini in a basket.

Easy enough right!?!

Try this out and let me know what you think!

You Need: 4 chopped vine tomatoes, 7 cloves peeled/chopped garlic, 20 washed/chopped leaves of basil, olive oil, balsamic, salt & pepper

 

 

Throw your garlic in a bowl.

Add your tomato

Fine chop the basil.

Add the basil to the mix.

Add about 1/4 cup of balsamic. (I like a sweet kind)

A splash of olive oil. Try and find a garlic or basil flavored one!!

Pepper. Salt. A dash of garlic salt.

Add on top of crostini.
