In The Kitchen: Fried Pickles

Yep, fried pickles?

Have you ever had them?

Well if not….it is time for you to try and make them.

It’s simple.

I promise.

One of our favorite wedding gifts was a deep fryer.

Every bride and groom MUST register for one.

(Warning– expanded waist line possible.)

If you don’t have one add oil to a frying pan.

Heat. Oil. Frying…all the same!

You need a jar of pickles, salt, pepper, flour and buttermilk.

Dip the pickles in buttermilk.

Let sit for about 5 minutes.

Throw in the hot oil.
