Fried Zucchini

Because I loved fried pickles.

Because I loved fried chicken.

Well, hey I love fried zucchini.

I am telling you the deep fryers were the worst wedding gift.

I am lying, they were the best.

Fry up a batch of these puppies and serve with ranch.

 

Chop the zucchini into 1/2 inch slices.

Throw the slices in flour.

Then dunk in beated eggs, salt and pepper.

Throw then in italian Panko crumbs and shredded Parmasan cheese.

Get your hot oil ready!

Dip baby, Dip

Grab em while their hot!
