Recently I have been having fun experimenting in the kitchen.
I try to make meals with whatever is left in my fridge.
So I had an onion, cans of pineapple, a red pepper and walnuts.
What should I do?
Since it was hot out I decided to make a crusted tilapia with a salsa.
This turned out so delicious and way better than I thought!
I’m not the biggest fish fan so I like how light the tilapia was.
The pineapple adds a fun sweet but the cilantro gives a great bite.
Start by getting the fish in the oven, then make the salsa.
This salsa is also great to have with chips….we tested it .
