In The Kitchen: Rosemary-Lemon Chicken

One of my favorite things to eat is chicken. Taco, soups or just a breast.

We made this lemon rosemary chicken and it was delicious.

It’s a light and healthy dinner that doesn’t require a lot of preparation.

Start by filling a baking dish with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.

And of course some lemon juice. We used 6 lemons.

You can never have enough!

Add in my favorite ingredient…chopped garlic…and spread around!

Salt and pepper some quartered chicken then add to the pan.

Flip on both sides so there is coating all over the chicken.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

Finish the chicken on the grill for about 5-10 minutes. Grill the lemons too!

Came out a little blurry but it was delicious!
