No Carbs…and Going Strong

Well hello WEEK TWO of “NO Carbs After 2pm”. I didn’t think we would be meeting. Suprisingly I made it through Monday-Friday of last week with no carbs after 2, no sweets, and no alochol. THIS IS HUGE!!!
I mean you know in “ELF” when he talks about the five major food groups…. “We elves try to stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup. “…that’s me. If I could I would stick to a diet of frozen yogurt, cupcakes, and mac & cheese (blue box of course). So when I say I made it to the next week…it’s a BIG DEAL! I did enjoy myself on the weekend, but instead of binging, I actually had some self control. Was able to have fun and eat what I wanted, but not in crazy amounts. So here’s to week two….I can do it!!!
