Mac & Cheese…. Part 2

I wanted to share this addition to the Emeril Mac & Cheese recipe I posted this past weekend. (On a sidenote—while at the store I was craving blue box so that’s what I had for dinner. Naughty Naughty)

My Uncle Pell from Maine sent this additional tip if you like lobster….

**Add one pound of cooked and chooped lobster meat at the end, with just enough time to cook through**

I’m normally not a big lobster fan but I happen to think it is super yummy in Mac & Cheese!!!
