Mac & Cheese….again!

I swear this is all I talk about! Last weekend we experimented and made a new version of mac & cheese.
Recipe-less at the store we decided to improvise.
We cooked 1.5 pounds of pasta, then melted in a box of Velvetta cheese and a can of Rotel.
(Rotel is found in the canned tomato aisle usually….a spicy tomato mix of awesomeness!)
After they all blended together, we put in a baking dish with bread crumbs on top.
We baked it at 375 for about 10 minutes, then high broiled for a few minutes.
Our experiment was delicous!! It was creamy mac & cheese with a little bit of a kick.
