If there’s one thing I can tell you honestly about myself, it’s that I have an addiction. To a little cookie named Oreo. It’s bad. Tumultuous. A complete love/hate affair on a vicious cycle. Well I was inspired to make these by this post, and let me tell you something…wow! They bring up the value of an Oreo a whole notch. Simply amazing. Absolutely perfect. They are easy to put together, just a little messy. After these cooled I put them in a bag with some other cookies I made as a holiday treat. A fun and personal gift! Ok, fine I maybe ate a couple along the way. Don’t judge.
I used mint Oreos to really bring in the holiday green! Grab some sprinkles and a bag of white chocolate chips.
Melt your chocolate. If you want you could dye this red…hmm. Next time for sure!
Coat your Oreo with a lot of chocolate and lay on a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Sprinkle your toppings on before they start to cool.
Let them sit for about 30 minutes. Then enjoy the best cookie ever!
