My dog wears a spiked collar, so why can’t I? Actually he doesn’t but that would be really cool if he did. I’m not going to lie I feel like a bad ass and a little sassy when I wear this top. It’s sheer and light weight, making it perfect for summer. Yet it will transition well under sweaters and jackets for the fall and winter. I’m all about having pieces in the closet that can be used more than a couple months. Don’t you think? I’m working on a fun DIY inspired by this top. Are you into the spiked collar?
Hi folks! Meet my new favorite dress. Isn’t she fun? I found this while in Vegas last week. It was in a random store on the back of the rack and it was truly love at first sight. It’s a flattering dress (we all love those!) filled with bright accents in little detail. Yes, I am analyzing the dress. I wasn’t planning on taking pictures on this day, but hubster saw this bike while in Santa Monica and said I “matched.” I’m guessing bright colors were the theme? As much as I wanted to hop on someone’s random bike (not my idea), it was locked so standing randomly and awkwardly beside it would have to do. Are you a fan of brights? Any items in your closet you fancy?
Oh Las Vegas…. the heat, the people watching, the delicious restaurants. There always seems to be an adventure lurking and waiting to happen. With temperatures close to 110, I decided to accompany hubster on a quick work trip. When I wasn’t in our room watching ‘Shark Week’, which by the way I feel like I am shark expert now, I was enjoying walking the famous Strip with bountiful amounts of entertainment. I needed something light, easy to walk in, yet of course just a little bit chic. This skirt I recently found has become a favorite! It can be polished with a blazer or fun with a pop of color top. I’m thinking it will go great with some boots and layers in the fall. What do you think?
